 AGENTIC  AND STUDENT ACTION LEARNING  Module 3 has finally come to an end. This is my reflection for module 3. I now recognize the four parts of supportive action: I. Teacher-led instruction (with students) ii. Student took the initiative (with teachers and learning community) iii. Shared action started by the teacher (with students) iv. Action started and led by students (individually or in groups of students)   As my pupils research a subject, I will work alongside them as a co-learner rather than just as a leader. I will use the proper scaffolding to assist my pupils as they progress through their inquiry.   All soon module one has come to an end and in every good learning, reflection plays a key role in it.  Below are my reflections for this module: How is my understanding of PYP principles and practices evolving   Through a range of exercises and explanations, I can better see how language and knowledge of the learner profile is accessible to people of all ages. I now see that the learning community's members which comprises everyone involved in school life as well as other important adults in students' lives form the link connecting learning and teaching. I see how important it is to embrace multilingualism in order to improve cross-cultural communication and global participation. Ways can I apply learning from this workshop in my own learning and teaching . I can use some of the illustrations, narratives, and other concepts discussed in the conversations in my art lessons.
